After trial in the Supreme Court and appeal to the Appellate Division, we obtained judgment declaring that our client is the sole owner of a Long Island shopping center and six Brooklyn and Queens apartment buildings. In this case we succeeded by showing that the adversary party (our client’s former accountant) had committed multiple acts of fraud and forgery.
