In this fraud action, family members breached a duty of trust and issued a fraudulent deed by which they attempted to convey away our client’s rights to an apartment building. We obtained a preliminary injunction prohibiting defendants from selling or mortgaging the building. Thereafter, we successfully defended an appeal and obtained an affirmance upholding the injunction.
