Schillinger & Finsterwald was established in New York City in 1990. Initially, we concentrated on complex real estate and appellate litigation. Our client base quickly expanded throughout the New York City area, including Westchester. From 1993 to 2003 our offices were located near Carnegie Hall. During this time, we broadened our practice areas to include corporate and partnership litigation, estate litigation, construction litigation, and general business litigation. We represent both businesses and individuals and serve as litigation counsel other law firms.

Schillinger & Finsterwald’s boutique litigation practice continued to grow and in 2003 we opened new offices in downtown White Plains where we remain today. Our White Plains offices are walking distance to the Westchester County Supreme Court and the Metro North’s White Plains station. In addition, we are in close proximity to the Westchester County Airport and have convenient highway access.

After more than 25 years of practice, Peter Schillinger and Lori Finsterwald continue to diligently and effectively litigate for our clients. Our goal is to resolve our clients’ legal disputes and help them move forward profitably and successfully.
