Our client, a Westchester condominium board representing 48 home owners, sought compensation against contractors and an architect arising from defective renovations.  The damages to the Condominium included the failure and deterioration of all building facades and windows and other major physical defects.

We commenced suit on behalf of the condominium seeking an award of damages.  However, before the case went to trial, we entered into a separate mediation against the contractors and architect where we successfully settled all claims (including the court case) on terms that were highly favorable to our condominium client.
