CONDOMINIUM’S CLAIMS FOR CONSTRUCTION DEFECTS GO FORWARD

When the board of managers of a newly constructed luxury condominium discovered major structural defects, we represented the condominium in proceedings against the sponsor and builder seeking compensation.

The Supreme Court permitted the condominium board to move forward with claims against individual members of sponsor entity in addition to claims against the insolvent business entity which served as sponsor.
