Schillinger & Finsterwald commenced an action in the Supreme Court to assert the client’s right to expand under the terms of the commercial proprietary lease between  the client  and the cooperative corporation landlord.

We successfully obtained a court order which recognized the medical group’s rights to add physicians and enlarge its medical practice and which prohibited the cooperative corporation from interfering with the expansion of the medical practice.
